Rear Dome light - how do i remove it?

i've tried to pry it out but it just won't come out...i want to take it out so i can do something about my headliner which is a bit loose above the rear seats on the corners, i don't really wanna take off the entire headliner...so by removing the rear dome light i hope i can apply some adhesive and glue it back...

It does pop out.

i did try but it wouldn't pop out...i will give it another stronger shot...who knows, maybe it will come off along with the headliner :)

I used a credit card on one of the sides (facing either door), to help pop out the assembly. Do not use any sharp items as it will likely cause the headliner to rip.
