Introducing; my RS6 C5 Avant from Holland

Hi Folks,
my name is Patrick, 25 years, live in Holland and since a few months i own a Audi RS6 C5 Avant, found a lot of information on this website, and signed up so i could ask some questions about replacing a Lambda sensor. I got the answer i was looking for, leaves me with the task to introduce my 'beast' ;)

It's a 2003 RS6, Avussilber, with the Solar Sunroof, RNS-D, 'flippers' on the steering wheel.
I own the car for about 2 months now, things i've done:
Tinted the windows a bit, was done by a specialized company.
Winterrims with Continental Tires
Replaced a plastic bit that holds the headlight washer in place (11 eur for the part, 280 EUR for the work by the Audi dealer)

What i think is kinda funny, in the US everybody goes for the EU looks, and in de EU everybody goes for the US looks haha.

The pictures are taken in Italy on a Holiday. And the white CF trim, you mean the panels in the car? It's silver, same color as the car. The previous owner had them sprayed in the color. They looked like wood before (and old haha, i didnt like it).

I like the trim. For a minute there I thought there was an aluminum trim package available. I'm not a huge fan of this oak or whatever it is I have. How is the paint holding up?

It's holding up great! There is only one spot you can see they are painted, thats at the trim on the handbrake, when you pull it up, it touches the console (between the two front seats). Easy to do: move the console up before using the handbrake :)

Recent i had some problems with the TC, so the engine was pulled, new TC, overhauled the gearbox, gutted DP's.

Nice Avant........sorry, I can't vote, as I am not on facebook/eharmony........may I ask: what size are the wheels and tires on the stock set-up? I'm thinking about picking up some 19x9s, but I'm worried they may not be wide enough.......

I don't know the ET, but they are 9J and the tires are 255 wide.

Google tells me: 19" x 9" 5x112, offset ET44 or ET35 ... hmmm

255 on 9J is stock, i don't like stretched tires with the speeds that these cars make ;)

If you know the RS6, and listen well, you can guess the speed ;) downshift to 3rd .. flat out, then 2 upshifts ...

Haha, well, the guys of SmartWax will run into my car another time, we subscribed to the Streetgasm 2000 Challenge, a rally for 5 days, 2000kms, in 7 Countries. SmartWax is sponser of that event too haha
