Replacing the rear Lambda sensor

Hi folks,
i have a 2003 :addict: C5 Avant, and have one Lambda sensor broken. Its in Bank 1, Sensor 2, after the cat. Can this one be replaced without taking out the engine?

Ok, i wonder why my dealer thinks the opposite haha, does anyone have pictures of the location of the rear sensor?

Can be replaced from underneath. There are a couple of small tie wraps connecting both O2 sensors together that need to be carefully cut. one or two of them are on top of the transmission.
