Running out of time as we have already had one (albeit insignificant) snow storm. I can purchase these new Blizzaks for a great price (<$285.00 a pair), but I'm concerned with them possibly being too wide and rubbing. I picked up a set of OEM RS6 wheels a couple of months back to mount the snows, which I believe to be 8.5 inches wide. The recommended wheel width is 9 inches, but my "tire mounting" guy assures me that tire/ wheel fitment won't be an issue. So, Has anyone run 265mm wide tires on their S6/RS6 without rubbing issues? Thanks very much, regards, Paul

Calculated compared to stock. Certainly a bit wide for the stock rim, and almost 3/4" less in overall radius. You should buy all 4 also.

I ran Pilot Sport 265/35/18's (On stock wheels) on my '02 S6 avant without any problems
Got the same set-up on my RS6 now

Not sure if he has anymore at the moment, but there are other sellers with Blizzaks for less than $175.00 per tire. I got tired of dealing with idiots on Craigslist in an attempt to buy local, then I found these: http://www.ebay.com/itm/350502545806
