Usual costs? Oh! any "proprietary" tool needed to accomplish this? Or is this a basic "gut 'em /replace "em?:pop:

Do your own research and make your own decision, but I would also suggest while you are doing the pss9 installation that as an inner tyre wall safety feature you grind off old knobbly on the suspension upright , particularly if you are running 19" tyres -see http://forum.rs246.com/viewtopic.php?f=2&t=89329&hilit=knobbly&start=30.

Also suggest purchase the phaeton brake scoop kit from unit20 in UK ready made to fit - see http://www.unit20.org/upgrades.html or purchase VW phaeton parts as per rs kiwi post- see http://forums.audiworld.com/showthread.php?p=22484792

As other forum posters have suggested, the aftermarket Hotchkiss sway bars are also essential for optimum handling with the coilovers. Can be purchased from UK or in USA- tyre rack, etc.

I have carried out all these upgrades to my beast and am very happy with them.
