Hi

Is there anyone from Hoppen on this forum ? I've tried to reach them via email and to call them but it was no go :(

Is this page up to date ? http://www.hoppenmotorsport.com/ContactUs.htm

Been waiting for my encryption board from Germany for 2 months now.
Already paid for and they told me 2 weeks. Called and Jena e-mailed me back saying she was going to check what the wait was all about...nothing yet.
Don't really want to cancel my order as I really want the ECU and TCU from MTM, and they are the only shop providing this tuner.
But can't say the service has been the best I've had, but not the worst either.

I just want to buy that 125$ TCU chip they offer.

Is there any other source to buy?

Nene...EPL here in CT carries and installs MTM stuff, but they do get it from Hoppen first as I understand it.

Doesn't help you I know but there is a shop nearby other than Hoppen that has MTM products.

Why don't you let MTM Germany know how you feel?

Last word from MTM germany was they didnt sell the TCU chip by itself. Thats why everyone goes through Hoppen...

I spoke a couple of times with Hoppen today to arrange for the TCU upgrade. I also tried yesterday and got no one. My guess is that their staff isn't huge and they probably have one person answering the phones. She was very nice and helpful when I made contact today, though.

Looking forward to my upgrade!

I went through the same thing, they get very busy, give them time. Don't even dare putting the chip in yourself, roll the dice if you want, or have them do it. And yes, the chip is damn nice!
