Uh, isn't it a felony to sell a car with an ODO rollback? Shouldn't it be a salvage title? How could a dealership claim to be oblivious when it shows up on the carfax? Unbelievable.

Depends on the state law, rules and regulations.. Could be considered a "TYPO".. having an odom rollback does not make it a salvage. Gotta be alot more serious than that. Im not saying that it being an odom rollback isnt a bad thing but its gotta be extensive physical damage in order for them to brand it a salvage. It would just be branded with odom rollback or inconsistent odom readings.

SORRY. BEEN A LITTLE BUSY. CLEAN CARFAX. 1 OWNER. 14 SERVICE RECORDS LAST REPORTED ODOM WAS @ 37K.. Did you look at the picture of the cluster?? Looks like a christmas tree.. All the lights are on including check engine.. I would look into that 1 really good too.
