...it's probably not what you expected. :hahahehe:

Loving it so far :incar: :revs:

2011 Renault Megane RS Cup
2.0T with 250 hp, seems to be some sort of minimum for those who have dynoed.
250 Cup means stiffer suspension and a limited-slip differential. (excellent!)

"6-speed manual gearbox, front splitter, extended sills and wheel arches, rear diffuser with central exhaust pipe, and 18-inch alloy wheels. Aluminum pedals, a R enaultsport steering wheel with thumb grips, analog rev counter and sport seats with extra lateral support dress up the cabin"

Brembos, Recaros etc.

iPhone sync via Bluetooth. Love it.

Nissan GT-R inspired menues can be reached once the ESP Sports Mode has been selected. Huge difference in how the engine reacts.

Extreme - is just that! Not for daily driving.

I once drove a Sport Clio, the one with the engine in the back. Wasn't all that fun - it was no Turbo5, and as it was the summer, it got HOT inside, omg....

Yes, that V6 is perfect for warming a pizza on. :)

This car is completly different however.

Erik - I think it appropriate to ban yourself from this board. :lovl:

Looks like fun - enjoy!

That is a great little machine. It's just a shame that the American market won't accept (so THEY say) cars like this to have some fun with!

No, but an GT-R or an RS3. Or even an 1M. But they would cost me about 3 times the price.

Looked at Subaru STI, Golf R, S3 etc. but they are also more expensive (about €10-15k, looking at similar second hand objects). Plus they don't really offer any more performance.

You could argue about quattro, AWD, a few more hp etc., but the Renault will do for now.

Gaute did 8:09 BTG in this car on the Nordschleife...100% stock and normal tires. Think about it.

Congratulations!

One of the (very) few french cars I actually like. But there is something special about this one. Very cool! :thumb:

Looking forward to more driving impressions.

¿ No RS-6, Administrator? HERESY !!! just kidding ! Loks terrific on that color and specific combination, very up to date and looks very, very fast, more pictures and commentaries, please. I have liked them since the Fernando Alonso way back. Congratulations and happy motoring. Ah, and thank you for the site.

Looks fun Eric. I think there's something odd about the rotors. It seems as though you have 2 left side rotors. Your slots are reversed on the right side, like they're backwards. The other side rotor (close up of wheel) looks correct though.

Yes, with mechanical diff.

Interesting. I'll check it up. Thanks for noticing.

It seems this is not a problem, I've checked other pictures and it's the same on other cars.
It's nothing that can be noticed anyway.

The car in that thread had 270 hp before tuning...at the wheels. Pretty good for a 250 hp car. :D

But 270 hp was after a full 3" exhaust right? ;);)

Just kidding. Good numbers!
