so far, since I haven't yet compared different fuels here, my RS6's been drinking V-Power (93AKI here in Tennessee). Drinking it like a fish.

What's your fuel of choice? Anything better? Or is 93 octane plenty enough for this engine to avoid knocking in 100 degree weather with an ECU tune?

I feed Crazy 93 Shell, and add Aces (aka snake oil to some). I had a borescope done recently and the internals looked amazing with 148K on the odom.

Here in SoCal we are stuck with 91 oct.. I find Chevron to be the best performer especially after the aces goes in.. Cant understand why the state with all the hi performance cars in it cant have 93 oct at the pump.

California's loveliest 91 at Costco as the f_ing taxes get us... not as bad as Hawaii or Europe...

Careful with the short jokes there, 260lbs...

Yes true, 260, but height to weight ratio has me looking liking a linebacker......

Crap 91oct in AZ as well. More and more AZ is turning into CA and it makes me pissed. 25% of the cars on the road have no insurance and we just let it continue.

Gas...oh yeah, Aces is a must with crap gas. You just dont need as much of it with the 93 IMHO. Shell or Chevron are good choices. My fuel mpg testing is showing a 2mpg bump just using the Aces. That is crazy.

Wonder what it would be if you went 6pd manual?

Ok, I'll bite, time to try the Aces IV to see if it gets rid of the timing being pulled. And for the thread, Chevron 92 here in Oregon. They tend to have newer stations with cleaner tanks I figure, although there are some new Shells around now...

For those who use the Aces IV from whom do you purchase it from and for how much?

BND automotive....easier to buy by the gallon, last for 800 gallons of gas.

BP93. My butt dyno tells me its better than KwikTrip91 I had been feeding it before, and I am definitely getting at least 20miles more to the tank.

No lemmi yet, just getting ready to log data, having some connection issues with the cable though. Eventually here....did get an MTM TCU unit in last night, working good...
