Just replaced the cat's on the S6 with a high flow unit from TecTonics tuning and one week after install im getting the p16814 cat system bank 2 below threshold:( any thoughts on this? cat's to open? or time for O2's to get replaced?

You need O2 sensor spacers.

It spaces the O2 back away from the exhaust stream so it doesn't "sniff" too much unburned fuel.
Edit: it can be tuned out, but you likely don't have a tune with the s6.
