Would top line racing seats meant for b6/7 platform work on our c5 body? Major mod?
TIA

Uhmmm...those are ghetto compared to the other ones I showed ya. Also make sure they are scca approved if you ever plan on going to the track or they won't let you run. Just get the Recaros.

Ben, I will...but I wont have recaros for 3 weeks. Wedge engineering is providing the sliders.

Your very welcome grasshopper. If I wasn't around to guide you you'd be sportin cardboard seats covered in alcantara and a set of Miro wannabe BBS ch-r....lol.....although you would have prolly been able to buy em all in different colors and still had money left over to spare.

After todays fookin' rollercoaster of a ride, those cardboard seat might have some puke or something else on them...

Also Stephen, I was at PureMS last week and saw a "goodie" with your name on it...?!?!?

Congrats!!! Looking forward to your comments/pics. Thank you for a thread on something other than wheels/tires [not that there is anything wrong with that] or oil...;0

Yeah, those seats over on the 'zine are mad nasty.......I don't know you, but I know you are better than that (those).

If you can, point me in the direction of some recaros you may have come across.......

It was a find from a friend. Na1mt knew I had loved those seats, but they are not cheap. He came across them on an NSX forum, $1100.00!, for the pair, black leather.

Those seats are also not certified for on road use.....in short.....bad idea. So besides not being able to use them on the track, god forbid you get in an accident and the seat shatters and cuts your leg off....your insurance company will not pay out on the claim. Try www.statusracing.com they are little less expensive than recaros but the build quality is amazing and they are FIA approved.

After closely reading their disclaimers I wouldn't put those seats on my kids big wheel....lol
