Is there anyone in the US or Europe that produces proven tubular manifolds for a c5 6???

Not that I know of, but I bet SS wont cut it on the RS6. Too much heat and weight of the turbos = cracks in SS.

Inconel is an option, but it too can crack.......maybe if reinforced properly it could work.

What the heck, it's an RS6. Why not titanium?

Fluid Motor Union, are you lurking?

If they are made of schedule 10 SS they would hold up just fine. It is what they make big turbo headers for 1.8t and 2.7t stuff.

I am sure if someone wanted to send Marko a set of stock ones he could whip off a manifold, and make them with GT flanges(hint hint)

Yokust, they do some awesome work! Thanks for the Link..It would be sweet to have him make some manifolds/headers for the RS6..Would like to see some dyno numbers on that RS4 setup on the 2.7T
