Not sure if the instruments one is related to your Onstar but I would pull the onstar module & battery (their old enough now the batteries are all going bad-Onstar that is). Code the Onstar out with Vagcom so no faults come up. For the EGT's, I would clear the codes and drive it for a couple of days and see if they come back (the code doesn't say intermittent), they probably will need to be replaced. Audi recommentds not to replace both EGT sensors. The EGT sensor plug is on the firewall, double check the connections. Unplug & re-plug the connectors on the firewall just in case. Looks like the Onstar is the only one throwing the light "MIL light on".
