This was an incredible race! The highs and lows through the 24 hrs were breathtaking. What a win! The highs and lows are correct! For both Audi and Pug! Peugeot put so much emotionally into the race as well and you could see it in the team principal's face... wrenching for them, deliriously satisfying for Audi after the two huge wrecks.

Congrats Audi.

Is it me, or were the two Audi crashes caused by smaller GT-series cars hitting the rear of the R18s?
Horrifying crashes for sure.

The Pug's played some less than sporting games in the process.......not what you'd want to see.

I occasionally race against an ex-factory R8. Usually, I just see the taillights (we run a GT class car, the R8's an LMP class). Audi spent "space shuttle money" on their development, and it's an absolutely amazing piece of kit. Now almost 10 years old. Can't imagine how much further advanced the R18s are, but it's great to see the epic German/French battle marching on.

Congrats to Ingolstadt.
