I wonder whether the new MQB platform that will underpin all VW, Audi and Skoda models will allow modification for the TT-RS to incorporate a longitudinally mounted 5-cylinder engine?

If so, then this could be the production version of the Audi Quattro Concept although it will have morphed into a TT. If not, then it looks as if the next TT will simply be an evolutionary version of the current one albeit with Quattro Concept styling.

Anyone heard any recent Audi prognostications on whether the Quattro Concept is going to be made? Seems to have gone quiet, I hope it hasn't died but suspect that no news may be bad news.

Even so, the next TT is likely to be more focused, more capable and more desirable than the existing one. I look forward to seeing how it changes.
