need a good shop in northern/central VA. any recs?

i need to find a good shop in northern or central virginia. presently car goes to a dealer in richmond which has been ok, but it needs a torque converter and their guestimate is ridiculous. even the extended warranty people are laughing at it.
any recommendations out there?

Lol, west broad? They did my drc. One week and one pothole later and I went with pss9's. The top of the drc strut blew out in the pothole. Coulda just been the drc. Eh, oh well.
