It was the best car I've ever owned...it's the longest I've ever kept a car, but it's gone. I had the DRC recall done, it came out perfect, ride hieght perfect, nice upgrade to the ride. While at the dealership I mentioned I would be soon selling it. A few days later I got a voicemail from the sales person I was talking to saying they were interested in my car. I ignored it thinking he was trying to just get me to come in to look at cars. He called again the next day and I told him I'd stop by if I had time. Then the next day the general manager left me a voicemail saying they had a buyer for my car. Again I ignored it. The general manager callled again the next day (4th call) and I spoke to him. Wow, they reeeeally wanted my car. I told him what I wanted and he offer me OVER my asking if I would bring it in. It hadn't been washed or cleaned all winter, but he said it didn't matter that they would do it prior to showing it to their customer. I dropped it off and they gave me a loaner. I know they sold it for more than I got but it was fair for me, I didn't have to detail it or anything. Here is a picture of it in the dealer's lot after they detailed it..Winner Audi in Wilmington, DE

If the new owner is a member here, good luck it was a great car. I never had any problem with it and drove it with repect. I still have my GT-R and now a 2011 S4, actually here is the new S4, I bought it at a different dealership the day before I dropped off the RS6.

I've seen the 2012 A6 and it's a great looking car. I plan on getting the 2012 (2013?) S6 as it will be a turbo V8!!

Fir the record, it had 45K, was completely stock, had no problems or issure. The only repairs ever needed was a thermostat (the one onthe back of the engine) and a back-up sensor. Total cost over tires brakes gas oil was $600 for the entire life I had it.

Could you PM me the VIN so I can check if it is on the list or possible add it?

That also looks like the FASTEST color of RS6!!!!

A few years back I had sent the VIN to someone here, and added to the list of "beasts on the board", but I'll PM you with it again

I like the new S4, seems it would be a great daily, with reasonable mileage. Now get it tuned!

Wait until the flying Avus "V" is in effect, if the cameras can catch them....

Cameras? Ha! The Mugello Blue Stealth Bombers don't even show up on radar.:)
