I know I can get the Venair hose kit from Hoppen, but can someone post a link to where I can get the T-bolt clamps from? THANKS!! Also, if there is a cheaper place than Hoppen for the hoses, please let me know.

just to let you Guys know, we do have a Set aswell. It comes with Stainless Steel Norma Clamps.
The Hoses near the Turbo are Teflon coated und the lower Hoses at the Intercooler are 15mm longer ( stock hoses are a bit to short)

you can say that again.... especially obvious with the Wagner SMICs

Are the Venair hoses a little short as well, or just the stock ones? Are these norma clamps better than the T-Bolt? Opinions?

As far as i know, the venairs are the same length as the stock ones. And the Norma clamps are just HD screw clamps. Go with t-bolts.

yep, venairs are identical to stock. passenger side was pretty obvious that the hardpipe to intercooler hose was too short. 15mm would've helped a lot.

So it sounds like the Wagner hose kit is better, especially if you are going with Wagner I/C's eventually anyway. Just buy some T-bolts to go with them instead of the normas. Thanks for the input!

i blew the passenger side hose the first time around the block with the wagners and venairs. probably would've happened with the stock hoses... i had to reduce the engagement on the hard pipe side by almost 50% to make sure there's enough engagement on the intercooler side.

so far no blow offs, but then again, i don't have a boost gauge, so not sure if i'm even loosing boost.

why T-Bolt ? Norma Clamps never failed! These are made by Foerch, i wouldnt have put them in the Box, if those are crapy...

Woahhhh Nelly! Nobody said they were crap, they are simply relatively weaker from a design standpoint. They are still strong, of course! Just not quite as much as t-bolts.
