Has anybody VAG-COMed convenience windows on a C5 A6?
Assuming it's done in the Central Locking block like the B5 A4's?

Don't want to f- anything up, google is failing me. Would be nice to drop all my windows on approach in summer.

To clarify, you are referring to the ability to use the key fob remote to unlock and then unlock again and hold it to have all the windows roll down AND the sunroof, correct?
I don't have my manual with me at the moment, but I seem to remember something about the Trunk lock, using the key to position the lock in 1 of the 4 settings?!?!?

Yeah that's what I'm talking about, Ben. No, there's no way to enable that with the trunk key...

Thanks, Tozo... pasted below for convenience convenience. Code 15208 looks like perfection to me... eliminating that little claxon honk on lock is an unexpected bonus.

Yep, same code I used. Sunroof won't open with remote, but if open, will close with remote.

Something is odd here I think. 2^13 = 8192 not 8196. I think there should be one more column in the beginning.

15208 is 11101101101000 by my calculations.

Samsonite! Ben, that's longer than 5 characters, it wouldn't have fit anyway :hihi:

^^ So is chung high or did you use 15208 Josh?

Ben you have to get a vag-com... Although the potential for f-ing things up is pretty high in your hands... :lovl:

I digress. Here is what I used:

15208 is what you would use with the concert radio. For symphony, use 14953.

The decimal values work out. It is just if you wanted to make different combinations I would be careful using this chart.

15208 = 8192 + 4096 + 2048 + 512 + 256 + 64 + 32 + 8 This is correct binary
15208 = 8196 + 4096 + 2048 + 512 + 256 + 64 + 32 + 4 This would be a mistake if it is trying to be binary

My calculations (which could be wrong) say you want 14953 since we have the symphony.

11015

Actually according to the audiworld article the first bit and the 9th bit are set for Symphony. It seems weird though. I wish I knew what the other bits did.

Thanks dudes. Central locking is getting juiced with some 14953 this weekend.
If all four windows spontaneously shatter, I'll be sure to report back.

I did. The nerd in me was trying to make sense of it all.

14953 worked like a charm. Thanks again.

OK, now on to the code for disabling seatbelt warning chime... anyone?

Hard for me to find a reputable source of C5 codes out there...
