Weight's not bad but I knew 1500kg kerb was too good to be true.

LOL. Depends what the difference is between dry and kerb. The LP640 was 1680kg dry and ~1840-1860kg kerb. Based on that it's kerb weight will be about the same as the GTR, not that it's really relevant.

Here's a video of the engine assembly and test:

My bad, I was thinking the GT-R's "dry" was higher.

I have to say that I don't even know what the GTR weighs dry, but the last one was 1740kg kerb and the 2011 model is 1730kg kerb. I'm sure with 700hp the LP700 will be faster though.;)

Technically the LP700-4 is a car nut's wet dream but I only wished that Lamborghini toned down it's looks ever so slightly, if only they could smooth out some of the creases with more flow like the elegance and understated looks of either an Aston or the R8, to me all Lamborghinis look like they are trying too hard to look old school supercar.

Do sound kind of odd but I find the styling too extreme for my taste. I would love the performance in something more elegance and stylist.

Gotta agree. I want Lambos to continue to be bold!

I was reading an article on EVO magazine that they tested this car in one of the tracks in Italy at night to make sure that there were no spy cams lurking around. The track had no lights at all, relying only on its own headlights.
