damn, faullt codes in 01,02,03 blocks-all bad brake light switch

So i dyno'ed today.....started with flash then in middle flashed back to stock, via mygenius device...then when all over flashed back to tune. Now I did not reset ECU via battery disconnect, so dyno another thread-driving home no brake issues, no engine, trans issues, no CEL....But-the ESP(which I switched off during dyno) and the ABS light came on. Got home and Vag the codes, actually the ABS in block 3 showed a communication error with the ABS-cleared it, and the brake light code as well.....drove her and the abs and esp came on again.....vagged again, the abs code gone, but in all 3 blocks the same fault code came up

I bought a My Genius, copied the stock tune and never loaded the new tune due to time and technical restraints. Upon the next drive, my ABS and ESP lights came on after a few minutes of driving. They cleared upon my next start and have not reappeared. Hmmm, related? I do not as of yet have a VAG Com tool to read the code.
