Over 15,000 in performance upgrades? Reflash, catback, diverter valves, sway bars?

Pass me that kool-aid please.

It adds up including the rolling stock. Sportec software is as pricey as it gets.
Of course, there isn't 15k of value in that 15k... but his price isn't too far out of line imho.

Cat back 1800
Diverters 300
Sway bars 600
Reflash? 2500

Wheels(is that a performance upgrade?) 3500

Black optics(is that a performance upgrade?)$73,000
Clear bra? $4000?
Window tint? $3000?

What did I miss

Pass me that kool-aid please.

Me too, that is cuckoo..
$15k - if only someone else willing to pay for it...

Has anyone priced the Sportec ECU/TCU flashes?

What did I miss

Cat back 2k
Diverters .3k
Sway bars .6k
Reflash? 5k (sportec ecu alone is 4.5k after exchange rate)
Wheels 3.5k
OEM RS 6+ grill upper & lower .8k
Clear bra? .3k

So that's $12.5k in parts not all of which are "performance"... who knows what labor. I guess you could pay over 2k in labor to put that stuff on if you're some kind of dummy who goes to a high-end shop with your gold card. The sportec software is a gouge for sure.

So maybe he's overstating his case a bit.

It does look like a nice car.

That fact that I bothered to tally this is a sure indicator that I need a life. Not my fault. Stuck in airport. Newark Admiral's Club.

Boooooorrrrrriiiiiinnnnnggggg.

Why, it's a pretty neighborhood

Uh huh...

Maybe Newark, DEL.

After having flown in and out of Newark, NJ too many times, being on the NJTP and Amtrak, I can confidently say Newark is NOT a favorite of mine. But, I do admit that Southern NJ (down by the barrens) really is pretty. And, my GF's sister and brother-in-law live in Bernardsville. Beautiful. There are several billionaires in the immediate region for a reason.

But, you're going to try and defend Newark? Sorry, mate, that's like trying to defend a toxic spill as ecologically sound.

Ohhh CW its tongue n cheek-defending Newark? Nope, and S NJ is nice.....Monmouth County much prettier, ie Little Silver, Rumson, Navesink, Deal, Allenhurst etc, etc,

Did some work in Westfield awhile back. Beautiful country. So much of Jersey is so nice (and has a great car culture) I feel kind of bad for the way it's stereotyped.

Newark airport sux bad, I've spent far too much time stuck there.
