Dropped my lower rear subframe to gain access to remove the lower suspension arm bolt. When I was slackening the large subframe frame bolt it sheered off and snapped.

How easy is it to replace? I can feel the top part of wiggling around. Can't see where I gain access to the other end of the bolt.

Can someone provide the part number for these four bolts?

Thinking they've been stretched past their point and are now loosening and creating subframe clunking.

Thanks
Matt

The four main bolts for the front Aluminum subframe are: <TABLE border=0 cellSpacing=0 cellPadding=0 width="100%"><TBODY><TR><TD style="BORDER-TOP: #b4baad 0px solid" bgColor=#d7dbd3><TABLE border=0 cellSpacing=0 cellPadding=1 width="100%" bgColor=#e1e1e1><TBODY><TR><TD style="BORDER-TOP: #b4baad 1px solid; BORDER-RIGHT: #b4baad 1px solid" width=50 align=middle>25</TD><TD style="BORDER-TOP: #b4baad 1px solid"><NOBR>N 90823501 (javascript:;)</NOBR></TD></TR></TBODY></TABLE>

</TD><TD style="BORDER-TOP: #b4baad 1px solid"></TD></TR><TR><TD style="BORDER-TOP: #b4baad 0px solid" bgColor=#e1e1e1>hexagonal head bolt
M12X1,5X110-SV /
</TD></TR></TBODY></TABLE>
Audi considers these one time stretch bolts. I have loosened them and tightened mine a couple of times before so now I am replacing mine when I put the engine back in the car just to be safe.

What have you been doing since October with that snapped bolt? Walking?
