The car had a parachute as an air brake. The lambo skidded when it was deployed.

Now that they have to start over, they should do something about the traction at lower speeds. And the cartwheels at higher speeds. That's an insane amount of power. How does the drivetrain even survive?

I have two FIA International Speed Records. I there's anything I understood from the exercise is the importance of getting things moving as quickly as possible.
I value that knowledge more than the diploma.

Most, if not all, vehicles move quickly at the END of the mile. Most vehicles don't move quickly at the START of the mile. Where are you going to win?

2000 hp is over compensating...

They called a life flight helicopter in and he declined to go to the hospital, I'm sorta surprised they gave him the option even, could have been concussed.

The funny thing about these mile events is that the actual times for the standing mile are fairly average but the mph is impressive.
