Long story short for those not following along...all of this has happened over past 60 days
1. Bought my RS6 from Porsche dealer in San Anton...local Audi dealer in SA did PPI and gave it clean bill of health
2. Bought Fidelity Platinum from Jim Ellis Audi here in ATL
3. Took car in for TC symptoms and overall sluggish behavior
4. Diagnosed as needing new TC and EGT sensors
5. Fidelity denies both jobs as pre-existing condition
6. Fidelity reversed course after about a week of lobbying from Jim Ellis ...they knew I played by the rules...Fidelity CANNOT deny for pre-existing condition if Audi dealer did PPI and gave clean bill of health...doesn't matter if you engine blows up 1 day after you buy the warranty...if you have PPI from Audi you are good
Jim Ellis (Marietta location) really stepped up here...they knew I was in the right and did the grunt work to get Fidelity to see the light
