2+2. under 120K, 4L SC V6, 2900 lbs, 450 hp. DSG. 0-60 3.4 seconds. top speed more than 190 mph.

how perfect is that? audi had better find a way to make the next R8 even better and price it right.

this car will be amazing. will be a very compelling reason to buy one.
-daily driver
-seats kids in the back (+2)
-track ready
-creature comforts the elise will never have
-stupid fast
-not a porsche
-rare

McLaren could take a cue from them.The whole new Lotus range is quite a sight to behold, gorgeous, now let's see the execution of the game plan they announced.

Lotus is known the world over for producing some of the finest handling ever made and this has held true from the day Colin Chapman developed the brand to the present day. But another thing true is it's unreliability, so while I welcome the thought that Lotus are finally re-entering the supercar market I wouldn't instantly make the decision to jump from your R8, at least with the Audi you know it will start every morning and every switch will work on demand, plus as a bonus it is still one of the best handling supercars and the easiest of the bunch to drive really quickly.
