Welcome to the forum, Jerry! Please add your location to your profile so others know where in the world you are...

Stats on your Rocket Ship 6???

Back on topic: If I remember correctly, you might have trouble shipping this as it is pressurized to 16-20 Bar...
I know when mine comes out, I will be using it as target practice with .50 tracers...and THEN I will send it back to Ingolstadt ...

Welcome to the board, Jerry. I am prepared to offer up in trade for your DRC system a gently used ham sandwich, easy mayo. Only two bites taken, had to cut lunch short today.

My recall "fixed" DRC has lost pressure in one circuit, car is sidestepping over bumps lately. Of course, the dealer insists it's fine.

RS 6 is going to hibernate for winter soon... and get coilovers in the spring.

Welcome aboard, Jerry. Fyi I successfully found a home for my stock DRC - in the trash bin. I consider myself fortunate that my garbage service didn't charge me to remove it.

That's Ok Jerry, I guess you didn't know any better. I knew I would get some laughs reading this thread. Welcome aboard and enjoy the stay.

Don't kid him Ben, California won't let you shoot a .50BMG, they'd be all over you down there, the socialists say the .50 is un-acceptable.

I'm interested in info on your Kw V3 source and installation. Can you give me a call to chat about them?
(Or anyone else who can provide information)
I believe we have exchanged info in the past about a group bu on front rotors we had made up?
Thanks, Jimmy S. 928-443-1082, or jimmys@cableone.net

I'll give you a call Jimmy when I get back stateside, I'm in Europe right now and should be back early next week. I purchased mine through a place called Static-X motorsports a few years ago which I wouldn't recommend as it was many months from taking my money to getting the KW's. I see Tire Rack started selling KW's for the RS6 so with their great customer service I would definitley go with them unless you can find them much cheaper elseware. They RS6 kit came with plugs for the DRC lines but I pulled the complete lines and central valves out of the car. All in all the KW's save about 40# or so over the DRC with lines & Central vavles and are completely adjustable. I'm running about 1" lower than most of the better DRC cars out there, I started about 1.5" lower and had no problems with rubbing but decided to raise it a bit for a little more traditional Euro look that didn't look slammed.
