Swap to 044 Bosch fuel pump

I've been searching all over the site to find an answer to my question but with no luck. I have a striaght question regarding this subject for now, the details i want but later on. my OEM fuel pump gone and I'm thinking to go for 044 Bosch fuel pump, Is it possible just to swap from OEM fuel pump to 044 Bosch one without ECU tunning or any other mods??

Should be no problem, ECU controls the voltage to the pump to regulate flow.
