There are aftermarket systems. I haven't used either, but others have to some success.

I looked into it a few years ago, too many components to install for the OEM TPMS.

I had no idea until recently that European market RS6s had a TPMS system. The control unit and sensors are readily available - what else would be required? This is assuming one of the unused plugs on the left side of the trunk where the toolkit is stored is for the control unit....
