That is the word but you can get a 2009-2011 car to exceed that for $1500.00 over the base cost. I cannot imagine them jacking the price like that .........at least not in the US.

thread over on nagtroc. base car will push 90K. and recent local carsandcoffee meet had a discussion on it.

maybe nissan found a way to go "stage I" and warranty it. and make money from it. again, just a rumor.

my personal opinion is that nissan should rebrand it an infiniti, work on the reliability and interior design/redo the exterior a bit, and then sell it at a higher price point. i think it would be very competitive at the price point and be a very desirable car.

I always thought the Infiniti angle would work better in the US as well. US buyers are stigglers for brands... e.g. Phaeton. ;)
