The RS5 will soon be with us.

It is known that the RS5 is faster on the Ring with standard Sport suspension then with optional DRC (standard in some markets).
And not because it saves about 8kgs weight. ;)

It is also known that the DRC on B7 RS4 has had its issues, and many have fitted aftermarket suspension. My question is - will the RS5 standard sport suspension fit the B7 RS4.

And on that theme, what other evolved bits from the RS5 will enhance the RS4?

the car is very different chassi so no parts will not fit.

engine is very different too.

the best thing to do for th suspension is to place an aftermarket suspension like KW V3.... I di that on mine and sold a coupdl set to customers.... reliable and better handling than stock.

Not only suspension and engine differentiates, but (i guess) more importantly, the overall layout of the car. RS 5 has (i suppose) a lot less weight over the front wheels. And as far as i have understood, Audi has taken alot more use of aluminium and high-strength steel (to get better weight-distribution).
