most OEM vehicles run at max 70-80% max duty cycle

Yes, unfortunately, I don't have the measuring bolcks chart on this computer. I'll take a look when I get home if you don't already have an answer by then.

Measureing Blocks http://www.ross-tech.com/vag-com/m_blocks/ . I think 101 or 102 should give you what your after p3u. Any data would be appreciated for comparative purposes.
