Guys,

I will be selling my car, not owning it long enough for any the great mods that are available. Its tax time and the accountant says leasing for me is the way to go. I will probably be leasing a S5 cab.

The car is pearl black/black with carbon and sound enhancing exhaust. I believe I am the third owner. DRC done, 55k service done. I have records or work done. One headlight washer cover needs to be replaced. Car is in excellent condition, with the exception of some scuffs on the rims. ( I purchased it this way).

I also have purchased the 5/50 platinum fidelity warranty $100 deductible, about 44 months left. I will sell the car with or without the warranty, as you know the prices have increased. Sorry to see her go, but thought I would offer to you first before Ebay or dealer.

Fairly priced at $28500 without warranty or $33000 with warranty (that is what I will get back if I cancel warranty myself.)

57k miles

I will be selling soon so let me know if any interest.

Ryan

If I do not get a fair price for it, I will keep it and tell that to my wife. Excuse for five cars. Also I believe my warranty is 5/60, I will verify.

The warranty is 5/60 purchased on 11/1/2009 with about 55k.

Now, on ebay. Just finished lease deal on s5 cab. I would rather someone here buy it before dealer markup.

With all due respect, there's zero chance you'll make 33,500 reserve. Wink.

If someone can get a better deal on the warranty, then they can buy the car for much less. I have been offered close to my buy it now without warranty from a dealer. I purchased without a warranty and soon realized it was needed. It comes out to about 100 bucks a month, refundable. Up to the buyer.

Nice choice on the S5...looking at that myself. Probably getting in line for an RS5 once i pay down my albatross some more.

I need to do some research on the MTM piggyback. Also, who would do the work in the Chicago area? Second problem, I have only driven the car home from the dealership and the wife has decided to move in and drive it lately...

Being married for ten years, I have learned to pick my battles. And the more she likes cars the less slack I get when I come home with one without telling her. But, I was wondering if maybe I should just sell her s4 and look for something for me. hehehehe

Tonight at 9pm I'm driving westbound on 94 at around North Ave (leaving Chicago)

Some a-hole in a black S5 cab closed on me going 100+ in a 55 and changes lanes six feet off my back bumper -- weaving in and out of moderate traffic three lanes at a time, then hits it again, way over 100 in a near urban area with LOTS of traffic. Real Fast & Furious asshole driving. Granted, I'm all for a triple digit blast, but this was bad news, way too many cars on the road. Mr. Asshole was racing a 370 Z, also "driving" the same way. I HATE that shit.

Not me, but someone is giving S5 Cab owners a bad rep.

Oh I dont know if he wants the pants back.

Happy wife.....you fill in the rest.

So did you trade the RS6 in? sell it on ebay??

I did not trade it in. In retrospect, everyone wants to see the pretty pictures with none of the flaws pointed out to them. I am just too honest. I am in the process of making the car pretty, then relist it with the flaws fixed and without the warranty on Ebay.

Right now its under a cover in my garage. I have at least the pants back for at least today as I am driving the S5.
