well, just broke even on my 2nd extended warranty

First warranty paid about $10k i beleive (cost me $4400)

Now, the 2nd warranty has eaten

fuel sender
rear radar sensor
both valve covers leaking (this one required RnR motor!)
passenger/driver side sway bar bushings

and fwiw, at 48,830 miles, i'm almost due to replace rear pads per the dealer.

my out of pocket stuff (other than tires)
front rotors/padsx1
bilater outer front cv boots
left inner cv boot
headlight washer thingy (broken from factory i suspect... didn't work the first time i tried it)
35k service inc timing belt etc.

I still love this car! it's the cat's ASS.

I am looking for another extended warrantee also. Mine runs out at 104,000 miles , currently at 97,000...

So far I have been lucky, minimal small issues covered by extended warrantee, temp sensor, cruse control stick, button for trunk...minor stuff...

Have you looked into Carchex or Royale? Carchex quoted me like 2600 for RS6@113K. I can email the warranty info if you are interested.
