Tips for Opening Dial Cluster?

Hi,

I have a Canadian RS6 that needs to be converted to MPH before it can be titled/registered in the US. I'm getting a set of these (http://www.lockwoodinternational.co.uk/rs6-kmh-to-mph-conversion-dial-for-imported-vehicle-part-no-c299-more-details-i3251.html) but I need to figure out how to get into the instrument cluster so I can install it. Has anybody done this/does anybody have any tips on how to do this? Should I just take it to a dealer/shop?

Not sure, but my family owns a car dealership and i have never heard of a requirment to convert a spedo to mph. we see Canadian cars all the time. even older ones.
