Does anyone have a list of fuel filter cross reference numbers?

OEM: 6N0 201 511A

Stupid IMC sent me a Bosch F5906 and it's for a NA V8. What is the correct Bosch number? If Bosch isn't the preferred filter, which filters do you guys use?

Thanks,
Jake

I use the oem fuel filter, as far as I know, there is no aftermarket alternative. It looks like Audi has the market cornered on this one. I know for certain there is no Bosch, Mann, or Meyle part number for this car.

WRONG. Haha. It is one hard filter to find, but I broke down and bought the OEM part. It is actually a Meyle part (you can tell by the symbol besides the part number) and the part is a KL-60. You should be able to find a shop that can source the part from Meyle without paying $30 at the dealership.

$30 is expensive. That's why I pay $19 at the dealership.

I use the Meyle filter, it is actually the same exact filter used in my '01 225bhp tt.

Weird, I get a good deal at my dealership and I paid $27.

I was going through my paperwork last night and realized I was wrong, you were right. I paid $29, not $19.
