IPT Transmission upgrade

I'm going to collect the TC & VB from MTM tomorrow and will ship them to IPT for upgrade. I was wondering which product shall I choose and what is the difference! Also I have to get one of the below mentioned two Rebuild Kit.

Overhaul Parts

You may want to contact Tozo, who's on this board, too get his input on the rebuild/TC upgrade/VB upgrade before sending to IPT. He knows everything Audi, and has also built acouple trans for members here. My .02

If the deal with IPT is not sealed. Tozo is another option.

Vangelis, give Tozo some time to respond. You tried to contact him over the weekend and it's still pretty early in the morning in the states. Not trying to persuade you too much, but hearing about some of the issues with IPT and hearing how much Tozo knows and cares about these cars definitely has my mind made up if/when my tranny goes.

So the engine and gear are pulled out from the car today by MTM Dubai. I'm happy that all issues will be solved but sad to see them out. Here are some photos.

Tozo-can you start a thread with details of the various upgrades and prices that you can offer to the group?

ie what you do with the TC? is it rebuilt and by whom and what is exactly upgraded in it? $
Also, the same for the valve body with a $
Then finally a $ for the complete rebuild with and without labor to R&R the trans.

I think many would like to have the resource and plan for these services.

Exactly what Dave said. It would be nice to know approximately what I will be paying when my tranny decides to go the way of the DoDo Bird.
