I am trying to put a dyno day from Eurocharged!!!!!!

I spoke with Greg from Eurocharged and he told me to get together as many people to dyno there cars with a custom map, from a safe tune to pushing the limits. Just shoot me a im or a comment and I will get the prices together. Roughly it will be anywhere from $100-$200 extra from the special price of $599.

Interested in the Dyno run, not necessarily the flash... not ready for that level yet... (biting my tongue at the moment...)

where are you going to find an four wheel dyno in SoCal?
Also, he wouldn't hold over the $499 price for us?
Revo is $699 for mult cars, and I can go get fined tuned and de-tuned prior to going into see Amy at hoehn.

Revo does not flash the TCU.

IMHO the MTM TCU reflash is a must.

It all depends on how many people we get to show up is how we can determine how big of a discount to give out

There are only 2 places in San Diego that have a 4WD dyno:

Pann motor sports in Kearny Mesa
???? in Santee (means I can't remember the name of the place)
Exalt is planning on obtaining a 4WD dyno and they are located in El Cajon (across the street from the old Cunningham BMW)

Edit:
Reese Tuning... thanks for the search link...

I can't find the thread again, but I seem to remember a post where it was stated that Revo advises against the TCU flash...

Find it or just call Revo.

I dont really see a reason why Revo would make such a statement. I can see them saying you dont need to do it but not dont do it.

We have seen members get the MTM TCU chip with or without ECU upgrades and with different ECU upgrades....all with excellent results.

Anything to help the TC lockup and clutch life is a winner to me. Anything to speed up shifts is a plus to me. If Audi wants to void any potential warranty claim over a MTM transmission chip....well they will have a fight on their hands. The TC's are a known problem and weak point on all these cars. We are trying not to have a claim. I dont want those monkey wrenches touching my car.

The Revo flash can be had at ACG in San Diego. Talked to them this AM. Reg price is $899. Group buy would be less. no TCU. you can always do the 5hr flash at no charge to see if you like it. All done through the OBD II port.

Dammit Dave, I'm trying to "work" here...don't have time to do a "search is your friend"... ;-)

As gig said in that thread. BS

I think Revo says this because they dont have the chip. Trans does learn to a point but slush box shifts are slushbox shifts.

Now, I didnt read all 7 pages but I stick with the MTM route with or without ecu mods.

Im interested. Maybe an OC location would be good as well, if we have some LA/Valley owners that are interested?
