Assuming the rest of the engine/tranny is good- Sounds like a good price to me. A lot of good miles ahead assuming it hasn't been beat up on. Heck- at that price-- you don't have a lot of downside. However; you might really want to find one that has lower miles that you can get a longer extended warranty Those miles makes it assured you will be out of warranty in a year. I'm flying without a warranty but I have certainly put some $$$ away for the rainy/repair day.

well, actually it's my car. i've been contemplating selling it as there are some "opportunities" with this market.

Could I come see the car tomorrow? I'm right up the road, and yes, I'm serious....

Honestly I'd get at least 25k which would still be a great price for it, 21.5k is a steal.

And if someone out there wants a daytona gray with 85K and timing belt done (today), and hell half the parts on the car are indeed new, and RNSE for 25K in great shape...yup you can have mine all day long. I think around here (chicago) with so many RS6s I think you are priced well to sell at the $21,500 but thats my opinion. I feel that cars with lower mileage are in the mid 20s.
