Sorry guys.

No VIN number. The vin plate was erased. The car only came with a US Marshal title and gray market status.

There was no promise that you could license this car in the US. ONLY ownership was given.

I was out at that point. Too much risk on the car and ability to get plates.

45k was the selling price

The slick in my hair aint so slick today.

Sad day in RS6 history.

RIP

Wife would kill me if I got a 45,000 dollar paper weight that could not be driven on US soil. Anywhere for that matter. The euro vin was erased from the car.

Idjuits.

You COULD have driven it until the guys with Motorolas were sniffing up your tailpipe... Then you would have to put it away in the hidden underground garage under Casa De Hall...

Bummer...

So you didn't have a laptop and a VAG-COM?:) VIN would've shown in the scan and.... BAM! 45k MONSTER. Then you could have shipped it to me and I would've gotten it registered!!:jlol:

Yeah,

Good luck going down to the MN DMV and tell the nice lady behind the counter of this story of the poor RS6 from Switzerland.
