Can someone give me an idea of how much labor, timewise, night be required to replace a set of turbo hoses? The service rep at the local Audi dealership could not only NOT estimate the labor cost, but could not tell me how its done (engine-out?), saying he needed to see the car first. How many man-hours would be reasonable? I have the Venair set already (85 K miles, preparing to chip).

2 hours should be sufficient.

Actually if you have basic tools this is a easy job.

You could spend the time and really clean out the tubes with laquer thinner.
