When you're driving, aggressively or otherwise, do you generally get more of an indication as to what your tires are doing thru your foot by the throttle or thru your steering wheel?

I get more information of what the car/tyres are doing via the chassis (my butt) and the steering. To a lesser extend via the throttle.

Thru the steering wheel.

I guess one example is if you have trained understeering.
The more you steer the less traction you get, if you "go back" with the steering wheel you will have your traction returned (this you can feel very noticeable in the steering wheel) and the car will start to go where you like it - unless it's too late.
Most people start steering more, which will only result in more understeer and eventually a crash.
