Can we use non-Audi dealers for Fidelity?

Always despised the local dealership in town for sales, now I won't use them for service. Found out they let the service manager go. He was the only reason I went there. They still have a couple of good techs, but the tech that works on my car is going to leave too it sounds like.
Anyway, there is another dealer in town that has 2 techs I like to use, but they are not an Audi dealer. Question is, will Fidelity cover my car over there too? I would think they would, but am wondering if someone else has done it. I'm still livid about them letting the service manager go at the Audi dealer. :nana:

Yes, you can use service locations other than the dealer.

Just spoke with Fidelity yesterday. They said they don't have a list of approved garages or anything, just as long as it's not some Joe Blow out of the back of his garage they are okay with it.
