Last week I was in Hawaii with my family, enjoying winter vacation. I carelessly parked my car at the 'authorized only' slot...here's a picture of the unhappy ticket.:doh:

By the way, the penalty fee (charge) seems much cheaper than that in Japan. It costs about 110 USD (10000 JPY) for parking infraction in our country.
How about your country?
I'm afraid this thread maybe unfit for RS6.

It may get moved to off topic.
Put up another pic of your car. That will bring the RS6 content in. Its nice to see the landscape in Japan with the RS6.

Red - very unlucky color for car - too obvious :race:
On the other hand, HI seems to be like all other American states, in need of cash and using law enforcement to collect....

Where did read about the 400 dollar speeding tickets? Was it 400?
I did see that a guy in Switzerland had to pay a 100000 euro speeding ticket. Apparently they fine on your ability to pay. Yeeks

Dang- if ours was based on ability to pay- I'd be moving around at warp speed-

The parking nazis are ticket-crazy out here, that's for sure.
Where's "F" BTW?
If you were downtown for the day, $40 isn't that bad for a good spot! At least you didn't get towed.
I think I paid more than that for a sucky spot during the marathon. I was late and wound up running an additional 2 miles just to get there on time.
