With a little help from my friends..

It would have taken me longer to figure the plate out without your file name. At first I was thinking.."Repeels" - get rid of govt, "RIPEELS"- someone that doesn't like aquatic life, and the band goes on..LOL

Some 25 years ago a beautiful blonde woman living on eastern Long Island had a red Corvette convertible with license plate "B JAYS" - to top it off, she had a bumper sticker which read "if you can beat me, you can eat me." Oh, to be in my 20's again (sigh).

I sort of thought the same thing at first. Until recently (a few years back now) NC didn't allow a lottery and even possession of out of state tickets was illegal. I was a scofflaw when I lived there (I bought tickets elsewhere).
