I was looking for a comparison for a straight line performance between a stock RS6 C6 vs an M5? how do they rate against each other?

Thanks for your help, unfortunately this is the C5 rather than the new RS6 C6.

In short, the C6 RS 6 is much quicker than the M5 (and than all of its obvious competitors) - no surprise, really. :addict:

From the standing start RS6 is quicker due to Quattro.
From the rolling start M5 is a little bit quicker after 200 km/h
Chip tuned RS6 is much faster than chip tuned M5 because NA engines are less suitable for this than Turbo ones.

Somehow we can't see it on youtube video where avant eats M5 sedan,the speed approx 270 km/h but m5 is still behind and obviously has no power to reach Rs6. from m5board.com video :lovl::lovl::lovl:
