Gentlemen,

Anyone know if a competent RS6 repair shop around Southern California. I live in North Orange County, fullerton to be exact and I have always taken my VW to Ron @ VW Specialties in HB. Not sure how much he deals with RS6..

I've met these guys and have heard good things. But I have never personally used them:

Best of luck,

This place is terrific. Jose, the owner, is the best: exceedingly fair and competent.

That is another place I have heard good things of from Jeff Moss at the Torque Factory.

Unfortunately, Greg (DWD) is in Taiwan and his post was the last one he ever posted (not be stalker-ish or anything)...

I really recommend Raven MS in Long Beach for RS6/Audi service. They have an Audi tech working there, and are real enthusiasts. They did my timing belt/water pump/PS pump/fluid flush/everything service. Super reasonable. And they have a project RS6 in house with manual box swap :) http://www.ravenms.com/ . I have also heard good things about Wicked. Bit further away tho.

For parts, wheels, tires, suspension.. I go to www.supremepower.com which is very close to the OP, if hes looking. They can do light/medium service, but more of a retailer than heavy service.

January 4th, 2010 10:13 was DWD's last post so if GMBH6 is asking DWD about local shop's in So Cal, there will be no reply.

Face palm, got it. I saw 2010 and thought 2011. You think he is really busy, or what?

Greg has basically dropped off the face of the west coast:
1. not answering emails.
2. not answering facebook requests
3. not answering phone calls/messages
4. car is now in the hands of Speedtrapped.

I am not tossing him under the bus, just sayin'

does anyone know if G-imports in Torrance has an RS6 mechanic? They have really good reviews on Yelp.

You might make the trip to Raven in Long Beach or GMG racing (not sure of location) or Wicked Motorsport.

You might as well go to Raven MS as mentioned if you are looking at Torrance. You will get by far the best price, and serviced by an Audi Certified mechanic (worked at dealership) and RS6 owners/enthusiast. I got a great deal there, and extremely happy with their work. You can look Raven up on Yelp as well, well known Audi guys.

GMG is great, but you will spend 3 times the amount, literally.
