Ok guys, just curious to what the general consensus on what the best DV is to go with.

I'm using 710N's, but have always used piston style DV's. Thinking of going back.

You might want to rework that question. May not be many that have experience with more than one.

I just looked at a link I kept for Hoppen, they claim MTM prefers the 110 Sport Valve. Crap, I just had mine replaced with 710N's and the honking noise although the very slight really bugs me. Next time in I may switch to 100's or Forge.

I use the forge 007 diverter valves. I haven't noticed any difference over stock, I just assumed they would be more reliable. If you're looking for some kind of performance gain from your diverters than you're deluded. Unless yours are actually bad, you'll never notice a difference.

Don't get the APR ones unless you want to sound like a flock of geese. Just swapped out for the Stratmosphere ones and the "honk" is gone under low boost. I tried multiple times to have APR resolve the issue to no avail.

Less than .03 worth. :)

On my old A4, I did some logging and my Forge DV held the boost better than stock.

LOL +1 on this.

The APR valves perform very well, it was a huge difference from the stock ones on my car, but under part load it sounds ridiculous.

It sounds like the "honk" noise that Mr. Miyagi makes when he tweaks the guys nose in Karate Kid II. :hihi:

Stock DV's, still going strong, nearing 70K miles.

Did you mean 710P?

If not, did you notice any difference over the stock 710P with the 710Ns?
