They were a factory option, but you can get them installed. If you're in MN then you could drive to Winnipeg and get it done there - Plenty of decent shops there. That way everyone'll think you're Canadian with your plug hanging off the front bumber :)

Having a cord hanging from the front doesn't make you Canadian. It does make you smarter than the next guy on those really cold days irrespective of where you live though (just like putting on snow tires does...) My S60R Volvo had quite possibly the BEST solution for this whereupon the end of the cord was on a sheet metal swivel that tucked nicely in and out - to get rid of those elusive hanging cords. lol

I guess I won't bother looking for the plug on my car then!
I'll check on cost for installation.
As for looking Canadian......It's in my DNA haha.
Recently purchased near Palm Springs,and looking forward to the day I can spend more than 4 or 5 weeks there! (in winter, of course)
