I'm selling my custom made V1 display. It was made by someone on the forum under LI-S4. I paid $265 for it. It comes with the V1 concealed display mounted on the cluster trim and a small mute button that you can mount anywhere you like. I never got a chance to installed the button. Take it for $$220 shipped to any lower 48 states.

Here's a link to his AW post and some pics: http://forums.audiworld.com/showthread.php?p=13394852

Here's a pic of mine. http://im1.shutterfly.com/media/47b9cc20b3127ccef89789a47e0400000040O08IYsXDdm5ag9 vPgA/cC/f%3D0/ps%3D50/r%3D0/rx%3D720/ry%3D480/

Would you mind please explain what does it do?

Well first you would need to own a Valentine 1 radar detector and their hard wire kit.

What it does is that it shuts off all the lights (lights only) from your V1 and displays all the radar signals on the smaller display mounted on the cluster trim. Click on the Audiworld link from above and you will see more pics and can read more about it.

Very cool setup.
Thanks!

If you don't customize the V1 concealed display, your concealed V1 display will look like this sitting on your cluster trim. Customizing it will make it look OEM.

Had one in my RS4 and loved it. The button hid perfectly under my shift boot. That's a problem with the Auto's. No great way to really hide it.

This may be a dumb question, but is the display like the current model or from a previous one?

I actually don't know if there is a difference.....

I didn't know there was a previous concealed display. I thought V1 only made one. I guess the answer is...I don't know. But the display looks exactly like the pictures I posted.
